Summary
Ysgol EIrias is looking for a dynamic and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join the ALN and Support Team from September 2025. The role includes:JOB PURPOSE:
To support teachers and learners to ensure that they gain the most benefit from each lesson;
To work under the guidance of the ALNCo and within an agreed system of supervision;
To help learners in the lower school change their approach so that they get the most out of school, with particular reference to learners who have an IDP;
To support the teaching staff in maintaining good pupil behaviour during the lunch break. The post is temporary for one year with the potential for a permanent position.Payscale:GO1 Pts 2-3 £23,656 to £24,027 (equated x 83.85% to £16,083 to £16,335 - Part time 30 hrs per week and term time only)For more details, please see the job description and person specification.Deadline for applications: MOnday July 7th at 9am
