Summary
Ysgol EIrias is looking for a dynamic and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join the ALN and Support Team from September 2025. The role includes:JOB PURPOSE:
To support teachers and learners to ensure that they gain the most benefit from each lesson;
To work under the guidance of the ALNCo and within an agreed system of supervision;
To help learners change their approach so that they get the most out of school, with particular reference to learners who have an IDP;
To support the teaching staff in maintaining good pupil behaviour during the lunch break.
