Summary
The role reports directly to the Estate Cleaning supervisor and will be part of a cleaning team dedicated to providing a cleaning service that reflects the value of the contributions made through service charges and meets the expectations of our residents
Our Ideal candidate will be required to :
Sweep, mop and vacuum communal floors and stairs
Clean and sanitise lift interiors, door handles, and light switches
Dust and wipe down internal window sills, skirting boards, and surfaces
Remove litter and debris from entrances, hallways, and external pathways
Maintain cleanliness of bin stores and assist with minor waste management tasks
Report any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns encountered during cleaning
Restocking basic hygiene supplies (if applicable) in shared areas
Ensuring proper use, storage, and upkeep of cleaning materials and equipment
Any other assigned duties from line manager or supervisor where work will be required
