Job Description:
We are currently seeking multiple reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving general labouring duties on various sites, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring work areas are kept clean and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with site preparation and clean-up
Load and unload materials and equipment
Support tradespeople with tasks as required
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Travel to and from the office in Great Baddow, then to job sites as a passenger in company vehicles
Be willing to stay away from home for work when required (accommodation and expenses covered)
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, or willingness to use public transport to reach the office in Great Baddow
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Punctual, reliable, and a team player
Willingness to travel and stay away when needed
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
