Summary
About The Role
We are looking for Social Care Assistant to provide high-quality, personal centred support to adults with varying level of needs including older people, people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health issues. The social care assistant will support individual to maintain independence, enhance their quality of care of life and promote well-being in accordance with care plans and statutory guidance.
The post will be a fixed term for 12 months with view of extension.
