Summary
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting an IPAF Operator on behalf of our client working on a large scale project in Port Talbot.
Duration is expected to be circa 6 weeks, but may go longer term work.
About the Role:
Schedule: Day shift, typically 7:00am - 17:00pm. Hours can vary depending on the project. Weekend work and night shifts are occasionally offered, if the project requires.
What you need:
- Valid IPAF card or equivalent i.e. CPCS / NPORS Scissor Lift & Cherry Picker with CSCS logo
- Valid CSCS card or CCNSG Safety Passport Or IOSH OR SSSTS
- UKATA Asbestos Awareness certification (we can help obtain this)
- Ideally experienced of working on demolition sites
- Ability to direct a team to deliver the business's primary objectives
- Good communication and organisational skills with the ability to work in a methodical and calm manner
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
