The company is now looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join their team.
They are looking for a customer service assistant to manage the day to day of processing sales, advising customers and solving issues. In this role, you will:
• Process web sales from our site and other marketplaces
• Advising and help customers over the phone and on email
• Chasing customers for details required to fulfil order
• Ordering stock from suppliers
• Creating social media posts to promote our products and services
• Managing the backend of the website and other marketplaces
Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A customer-first mindset with genuine empathy
• Following training, the ability to explain technical concepts simply
Preferred:
• Previous experience in customer service
• Experience with air conditioning/prior knowledge
