We’re now hiring an experienced Fabricator/Welder with production management and team leadership skills. This is a hands-on role with added responsibility and leadership potential. In return, we’re offering a competitive rate of up to £18.00 per hour, plus enhanced benefits and overtime.

    The Role

    You’ll be leading a small, skilled team in a fast-paced fabrication and welding workshop. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality components using MIG and TIG welding, working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium, and operating machinery such as the brake press.

    This is a great opportunity for someone confident on the tools who also enjoys coaching others and driving team performance.

    ✅ Key Responsibilities
    • Carrying out MIG & TIG welding (1mm–20mm)


    • Fabrication of steel, stainless, and aluminium components


    • Operating brake press and other workshop machinery


    • Reading and working from engineering drawings


    • Maintaining production records and timesheets


    • Promoting workplace safety and best practices


    • Leading a small team and supporting production targets


    • Training opportunities on CNC and laser machinery


      ️ What We’re Looking For
      • Strong MIG & TIG welding experience


      • Confident with engineering drawings and fabrication processes


      • Experience operating a brake press


      • Proven team leadership or supervisory background


      • A proactive and reliable approach to work


      • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
