In this key role, you’ll ensure all company vans and cars are roadworthy, legally compliant, and ready to provide our mobile colleagues with a safe, efficient, and professional working environment. You’ll play a vital part in keeping our fleet moving—making sure vehicles are where they need to be, in top condition, and ready for action.
You’ll take pride in your attention to detail, strong organisation, and ability to manage complex logistics. With a customer-focused mindset and a drive for continuous improvement, you’ll work closely with garages, leasing companies, and service providers to coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and bookings—minimising downtime and delivering value for money.
You’ll support operational teams by tracking and reporting on fleet performance, running costs, and availability—ensuring leaders have the insight they need to make informed decisions. From analysing telematics data to improve driver behaviour, to contributing to our “Road to Zero” sustainability goals, your work will be varied, fast-paced, and impactful.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference behind the scenes, ensuring our colleagues on the road have everything they need to succeed.
This role is permanent and full time (40 hours per week). You can be based from either our Chipping Sodbury or Tewkesbury office, with the flexibility of regular home working. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, and a basic DBS check will be required.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using D365 Finance & Operations
- A proactive and detail-focused approach to supporting vehicle users across the organisation
- Experience sourcing vehicle-related equipment and services, with a focus on value for money
- A practical mindset for carrying out spot checks and ensuring fleet compliance
- A supportive approach to onboarding new starters and offboarding leavers
- A continuous improvement mindset, contributing to the development of our fleet standards
The closing date is 10 July with interviews taking place 21 July.
If you’re passionate about fleet logistics, driven by high standards, and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
