Role Overview:
The Senior Estimator will take full ownership of the tendering and pricing process across all projects. Obtain and analyse 3 sub-contractor quotes per trade, carry out tender analysis, and clarify scope alignment
Input accurate costings into client-supplied documentation and scopes of work
Conduct tender site visits with clients and contract managers
Liaise with and grow a network of reliable and specialist sub-contractors
Use personal judgement and past experience to assist in cost build-ups where necessary
Ensure timely and accurate submission of fully priced tenders within 2-4 week windows
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Estimator or Estimator within the fit out/refurbishment sector
Strong understanding of management contracting (no direct labour pricing)
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines
Excellent knowledge of sub-contractor markets and pricing processes
Proficient in tender analysis and commercial document preparation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
