Due to continued success, a head office location of a country rewound specialist manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their small sales team. You will be providing sales administration support to customers as well as day support of the Department Supervisor:
- Answering and managing all incoming calls and email for the department
- Raising, distributing and following up on quotations for direct customers as well as field sales team
- Processing orders onto internal system, liaising with manufacturing team in relation to stock levels, production lead times, and expected time of delivery
- Maintaining and updating internal database
- Completing regular administration tasks including compiling information for management reports
We would expect the successful Sales Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be competent CRM systems, be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills, and have friendly confident professional manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Sales Administration, Account Management or a Customer Service position from a manufacturing or engineering environment.
You will be joining the Kettering Head Office of a company that has been established for over 100 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field. Working directly with the Sales Team, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
