Summary
WorkwithYorkshire are working with a client who have an excellent opportunity for an Insurance Team Leader to join their company. This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday in their office, based just outside of York city centre.
A competitive rate of pay is available.
Duties:
Managing a team of Account Handlers
Providing coaching, feedback and support
Identifying and addressing performance gaps within the team
Ensuring the team meets service standards and achieves targets
Key skills and experience;
Previous Commercial Insurance experience
Experience working in a Management role
Understanding of the FCA rules and guidance function
Excellent communication skills
