Summary
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out installation, maintenance, inspection, and testing of electrical systems across residential, commercial, or industrial settings. The ideal candidate will need to hold relevant experience and be confident working independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in line with regulations (BS 7671)
• Conduct electrical inspections, fault finding, and diagnostic tests (e.g. EICRs)
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance work
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, plans, and schematics
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety legislation
• Keep accurate records of work done, including certificates and test results
• Liaise with clients, contractors, or other trades as required
• Respond to emergency breakdowns or call-outs (if part of role)
Requirements:
• Proven experience in domestic, commercial, or industrial environment
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload
• Full UK driving licence (desired)
