Summary
Job Description:
ICIC Associates London LTD is seeking a skilled and reliable Lift Technician to join the growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of lift systems across a variety of commercial and residential properties in and around London.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of lift systems in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carry out installations and modernisations of lift equipment as required.
• Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to emergency callouts when required (on a rota basis).
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and codes of practice.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a lift engineer, technician, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of lift control systems, traction, hydraulics, and electrical components.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
