Summary
BANK SUPPORT WORKER NEEDED
Location: Lea, Preston
Start date: four weeks
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated bank support worker to join our small team in Lea, Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a profoundly disabled gentleman live while working in a small supportive and rewarding environment.
KEY RESPONIBILITIES:
1. Provide personal care and support to the individual varying needs.
2. Assist with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing and meal preparation.
3. Support individual to maintain independence and dignity.
4. Administer medication and support with mobility when required.
5. Foster a safe, respectful, and caring environment.
REQUIREMENT
1. Previous experience in health and social care work is desirable but not essential.
2. Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
3. Ability to work well in 2:1 environment.
4. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evening, weekend and waking watches.
5. A DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) is required or willingness to complete.
