Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Change Manager (Grade 9) to join our team and lead transformational initiatives across the organization. As a Senior Change Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, project managers, and departmental teams, to develop and execute comprehensive change management plans that enhance overall business performance. You will leverage your expertise in change methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies to foster a culture that embraces change within the organization. Your leadership will be pivotal in identifying potential obstacles, assessing their impact, and creating strategies to minimize resistance while promoting acceptance among employees. A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and refine approaches based on feedback and results. You will also mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in achieving organizational goals. Responsibilities
Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational goals.
Assess the impact of change initiatives and identify stakeholders affected by changes.
Create communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the change process.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip employees with the skills needed for new systems and processes.
Monitor and report on change management progress, utilizing metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
Collaborate with project managers to integrate change management practices into project planning and execution.
Identify resistance to change and develop strategies to overcome barriers to implementation.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Change Manager or similar role within a large organization.
In-depth understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in coaching and mentoring team members through change initiatives.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across various departments.
Relevant certifications in change management such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £27.27
