Responsibilities
Assist with the management of housing applications and tenant inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of housing files and client information.
Provide support in the preparation of housing reports and documentation.
Facilitate communication between tenants, landlords, and housing management.
Conduct routine inspections of properties to ensure maintenance and compliance.
Assist in the coordination of housing events and community outreach programs.
Respond to client needs and provide information on available housing resources.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in social services or housing management is a plus.
Previous experience in housing assistance, customer service, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and housing management software.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.85
