Residential Children’s Support Worker

Completely Care are recruiting for a Residential Children’s Support Worker to join our clients team in a specialist residential home in Oxford.
As a Residential Children’s Worker, you’ll be part of a team providing care, and structure to young people with a range of complex needs, including autism, learning differences, and emotional or behavioural challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality care to each child’s needs
• Support with daily routines including mealtimes, personal care and recreational activities
• Promote independence and positive behaviour through guidance and emotional support
• Maintain records and follow care plans and safeguarding procedures
• Work closely with the whole team
Requirements:
• Previous experience working with children, ideally in a residential or SEN setting
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Strong communication and team-working skills
• Empathy, patience, and resilience under pressure
• A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare) or willingness to work towards one
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
