Summary
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Loader to join our Building Services & Maintenance team. This is a hands-on role involving the loading, unloading, and transportation of materials, tools, and equipment across various building maintenance projects. You will support tradespeople and operational staff to ensure that works are carried out efficiently and safely.
Essential Requirements:
Physically fit and capable of manual labour in outdoor and indoor environments
Eligible to work in the UK (must provide valid proof)
Full UK Driving Licence (manual preferred)
Minimum 2 years of references/work history (gaps must be explained)
Willingness to sign a Confidentiality Agreement upon offer
Completion of a Criminal Convictions Declaration required
Must provide all supporting documents upon offer acceptance
