Summary
The individual will support the production of Regional performance reporting products and the development of newperformance indicators, reports and, dashboards. The post holder will be required to work closely with the SeniorProgramme Manager for Regional Ophthalmology and the Head of System Planning and Performance to reportprogress against the delivery of Cataracts Plan, IMTP and escalation reporting requirements. They will also be required to develop strong working relationships with colleagues across all three health boards foroperational links, informatics and planning links, to monitor the impact of the organisations plans and track ourprogress. The post holder will be expected to provide assurance, highlight any variances in performance and bring performanceissues to the attention of the Senior Programme Manager for Regional Ophthalmology and the Head of SystemPlanning and Performance. This will be facilitated by collating data from a variety of sources and will involve directcommunication and liaison with performance leads and senior managers across the region. Analysing and interpreting the information the post holder will ensure that all internal and external performancereports that are produced represent an accurate reflection of performance and meet timescales imposed To produce statistical analytical reports for stakeholders, which will require the setting up and adjusting formulae. The post holder will assist and deputise, where appropriate, for the Cataracts Project Manager. A more detailed list of duties can be found on the job description and person specification attached.
