Hardware Engineer - IT Repairs & Support
Location: Huntingdon
Salary: Competitive | Full-Time | On-Site
Brook Street is proud to be partnering with a well-established organisation based in Huntingdon to recruit a Hardware Engineer. This is a key role focused on ensuring laptops, computers, and mobile devices are repaired and delivered on time to support a large internal user base.

Key Responsibilities:-
Repairing and maintaining laptops, desktop computers, and mobile phones

Managing inventory with high levels of accuracy

Liaising with other stores and warehouses to coordinate parts and accessories

Ensuring timely turnaround and excellent service delivery

Proven experience in laptop and computer repair - essential

Strong understanding of service-level agreements and quality standards

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Desirable: Experience with tablet or smartphone repair
