Hours: Monday to Friday - (Saturday and Sundays overtime)
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver with a valid Counterbalance licence to join our warehouse team. This role involves both forklift operation and general warehouse duties, so a flexible and hands-on approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
Load and unload goods from vehicles
Move stock and materials around the warehouse and storage areas
Pick and pack orders according to company procedures
Maintain accurate stock control and assist with inventory checks
Ensure all documentation is completed correctly (e.g., delivery notes, stock movements)
Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
Assist with other warehouse tasks as required by the supervisor or management
Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent)
Previous experience in a warehouse environment
Physically fit and capable of manual handling and lifting
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic numeracy and literacy skills
A strong work ethic and team-player attitude
Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
Desirable:
Experience with goods-in/goods-out processes
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Additional forklift licences (e.g., Reach Truck, PPT)
