Summary

We seek to appoint a Seclusion Manager for 37 Hours per Week, working Term time plus 1 week basis to join our team at George Pindar School, due to the internal promotion of the current post holder.

This role will complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for implementing the school’s Positive Discipline Policy and managing an appropriate learning environment for students temporarily excluded from lessons. The post holder will be responsible for recording, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on behaviour data and control internal exclusion at George Pindar School in the Reflection Room.
