Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Estate Services Cleaner to join our team. This is a physically demanding role involving manual labour and outdoor work to maintain the cleanliness and safety of communal estate areas. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and contribute to a clean and well-kept living environment for residents.
Essential Requirements:
Must be physically fit and able to carry out manual labour tasks
Eligible to work in the UK (proof required)
Minimum 2 years of references/work history (gaps must be explained)
Able to provide supporting documents upon offer acceptance
Willing to sign a Confidentiality Agreement upon offer acceptance
Must hold a valid Basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
