Summary
Positive Employment are currently recruiting reliable and caring Care Workers to support vulnerable adults across the Enfield Borough. This rewarding role involves assisting individuals with daily tasks to help them maintain dignity, independence, and a good quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personal care and support with daily living activities
Assist with safe medication administration
Provide mobility support, mealtime assistance, and companionship
Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Keep clear, accurate records and report any issues or concerns
Essential Requirements:
Enhanced DBS (current and valid)
Medication Administration Training
First Aid Qualification
5 years of checkable work references
Good level of spoken and written English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to travel across Enfield
Professional presentation and commitment to hygiene standards
Desirable:
Experience working in care or support roles
Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety procedures
