YOLO Recruitment are currently looking for a Car Sales Executive / Vehicle Sales Executive / Sales Executive for our client’s busy dealership in Ewell, Surrey.
Duties of Car Sales Executive / Vehicle Sales Executive / Sales Executive :
• Identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored vehicle solutions from our current and upcoming stock.
• Deliver accurate quotations and cost breakdowns, including finance options.
• Promote and explain additional services such as finance, insurance, accessories, and service plans.
• Handle part exchanges, negotiate terms, and close deals professionally and effectively.
• Provide outstanding aftersales support and resolve customer queries with a service-first mindset.
• Support wider dealership operations as needed—everyone pitches in as part of a close-knit, growing team.
YOU:
• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience, or a strong background in consultative sales within a customer-focused industry.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A genuine passion for cars and delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and eager to succeed.
