The Role
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the school’s SEND team and class teachers to support pupils with a range of additional needs. You’ll provide 1-2-1 and small group interventions aimed at boosting academic progress, improving social skills, and supporting emotional wellbeing. Your role will involve building positive relationships with pupils and helping to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

The Candidate
This position is ideal for a Psychology graduate who is patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping children succeed. You should have strong interpersonal skills, a calm and supportive manner, and a genuine interest in special educational needs. Previous experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential.
