Join Our Elite FM Team at a Prestigious Site in Ettington
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at a high-profile site in Ettington, located just outside Stratford-upon-Avon. You’ll work as part of a small, friendly team (2 operatives total) helping to keep the workplace spotless, safe, and welcoming.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consistent hours, takes pride in high cleaning standards, and has access to their own transport due to the semi-rural location.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain offices, canteen areas, shop floors, and toilet facilities
• Disinfect desks, touchpoints, and high-traffic areas
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop carpets and hard floors
• Replenish supplies in kitchens and washrooms
• Handle waste and recycling in accordance with site procedures
• Complete occasional deep cleans (e.g., skirting boards, windowsills, internal glass)
• Maintain and care for cleaning equipment following hygiene protocols

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work responsibly, either alone or as part of a team
• Must have own transport – location is not easily accessible by public transport
• Eligible to work in the UK
