Summary
Role: Founders Associate (Part-time)
A hyper-personal support role working directly with the founder of a boutique insurance consultancy specialising in international health care services for high-net-worth individuals. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to provide concierge-level service to both the founder and the firm's exclusive clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the founder in managing client relationships and communications
- Handle sensitive client information with absolute confidentiality and discretion
- Coordinate complex scheduling and logistics for high-profile client meetings
- Assist with preparation of bespoke insurance proposals and presentations
- Manage correspondence with international health care providers and insurance partners
- Support client on boarding and relationship management processes
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve potential issues before they arise
Essential Attributes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with natural warmth and personability
- Articulate communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals without being intimidated
- Meticulous attention to detail and impeccable organisational skills
- Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
- Adaptable to the changing needs of a boutique consultancy environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Professional demeanour and presentation appropriate for high-end client interactions
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role
- Background in luxury services, private client services, or concierge roles
- Understanding of insurance, healthcare, or financial services sectors
- Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- Familiarity with international business protocols and cultural sensitivities
Working Arrangements
- Part-time position with flexible hours
- Hybrid working model with some in-person London meetings required
- Occasional availability for urgent matters outside standard hours
- Competitive compensation reflective of the high-calibre support required, salary based on FTE. £15-£21ph DOE
