Summary
Undertake structured medication reviews and support medicines optimisation Support patients with long-term conditions such as asthma, COPD, hypertension, and diabetes Provide prescribing support under clinical supervision (if independent prescribing qualified) Contribute to safe repeat prescribing systems Help manage clinical correspondence related to medicines Support audit, formulary work, and medicines safety initiatives Assist in improving antimicrobial stewardship and reducing medication waste
