What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Bar Team Member, you’ll work closely with the Bar Manager to ensure the smooth, profitable, and efficient running of the bar. You’ll be an expert on our drinks menu, delivering excellent service with personality and professionalism. Responsibilities include:
Preparing the bar area for daily service
Maintaining excellent knowledge of the drinks menu
Ensuring adequate stock levels and good stock rotation
Keeping a good supply of clean glasses
Delivering a friendly, efficient, and professional guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for great service. We're looking for:
A positive and willing-to-learn attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
A neat and professional appearance (including hair and nails)
Flexibility to adapt to different shifts and tasks
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience is welcome but not essential—full training will be provided.
