What You'll Be Doing:
• Providing tailored subject support in small groups and 1:1 settings
• Assisting students with GCSE and A-Level preparation
• Supporting in lessons, particularly in your subject specialism
• Delivering interventions for underachieving or high-potential pupils
• Working closely with teachers and SEN departments to support learning
• Participating in CPD, academic mentoring, and school enrichment programmes
