What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting lessons across primary (KS1 & KS2) or secondary (KS3 & KS4)
• Delivering focused interventions in literacy, numeracy, and exam prep
• Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils at different attainment levels
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote engagement
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and subject leaders
• Taking part in CPD, training sessions, and wider school life

Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant For this Hounslow School:
• Degree holder (2:1 or higher) with a strong academic background
• Flexible and eager to gain experience across different key stages
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
