Main purpose of position

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Careers Adviser to join our Careers team. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional who is passionate about supporting learners to progress into education, training, or employment.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, impartial careers information, advice, and guidance (CEIAG) through both one-to-one and group sessions. You will support learners in exploring their options, setting goals, and taking confident, informed steps toward their future.
