Summary
Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive school environment in September 2025.
Duties as a Teaching Assistant:
Work closely with class teachers to support teaching and learning activities.
Provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups.
Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Support pupils with additional needs, including those with SEND or EAL.
Assist with preparing resources and classroom displays.
Contribute to pupil progress by helping track achievement and behaviour.
Ideal Teaching Assistant:
Have experience working with primary-aged children (EYFS, KS1 or KS2).
Be caring, patient and flexible in their approach.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills as a Teaching Assistant.
Work well as part of a team and independently.
Hold a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) or have suitable experience.
