We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional administrator to join our team as an Area Administrator on a permanent, part-time basis (22.5hrs per week). This role is office based, but with homeworking flexibility. The successful candidate would be required to work from our office in Carmarthen, with planned visits to our Abercynon office once a month.

As an Area Administrator you will be supporting a team of Service Managers and Area Operations Managers, while reporting to the Project Office Coordinator (Regional Administration Manager).
What is some of the day to day as an Area Administrator?

- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Coordinating and reporting on information and data in a timely manner.
- Supporting and monitoring business processes including SCW registrations, human resources, CIW inspections, training and IT.

Some of the skills we are looking for in an Area Administrator;

- Two year’s previous proven administration experience
- Organised in their day to day work and approach to tasks.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft 365 - Word, Excel, Teams, Powerpoint etc
- Ability to follow direction from your line manager.
- Can work in a fast-paced administrative role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time.
- Competent and self-motivated, with fantastic verbal and written communication skills.
- Have accurate minute taking experience.
- An ability to speak Welsh would be advantageous, but not essential.
