Summary

Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
Shift Time: Evening cleaning – 18:00 start
Duration: 2.5 hours per shift
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team. This is a part-time role suited to someone looking for consistent weekday evening work in a professional and friendly environment.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the medical centre, including but not limited to:
• General cleaning of reception areas, consulting rooms, corridors, toilets, and staff areas
• Disinfecting touchpoints and surfaces
• Emptying bins and replenishing supplies
• Ensuring all cleaning is carried out in line with health and safety standards
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a cleaning role (medical setting desirable but not essential)
• Understanding of COSHH and infection control procedures (training can be provided)
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good attention to detail
