As an Inclusion Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs across the school. What You'll Be Doing:
• Providing in-class and intervention support for students with SEMH
• Delivering 1:1 and small-group sessions focused on emotional wellbeing
• Supporting personalised behaviour plans and restorative approaches
• Working closely with the SENCo, therapists, and pastoral leads
• Creating a safe and trusting space for student growth
• Tracking progress and reporting key outcomes
