Help the lady with wellbeing, help to plan healthy meals, prepare/cook meals
Assist with weekly shopping, do activities in & out of the house, help to manage medication
Assist with personal care as & when needed
Ideally have a car with business insurance
Reliable, must have experience in a caring role either paid or unpaid.
Hours of work:10 - 2 Monday, Wednesday & Friday
£13 per hour
A DBS check will be required
