Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
25 hours, Whole Time (£17,015 - £17,286)
or
30 hours, Term Time only plus 3 weeks (£18,546 - £18,842)
This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced caretaking professional who will join a team delivering effective estates and facilities management services across our schools.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• The completion of all site-based duties including weekly compliance activities
• General maintenance
• Painting and decorating
• Minor refurbishment works
• Porterage
• Key holding
• Safeguarding
