What skills and experience we're looking for
Richmond Hill Academy is seeking to recruit a Class Teacher (Year 1). This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and inspiring pupils to achieve their potential across a range of exciting and evolving subjects. This opportunity is open to both ECTs and Experienced Teachers.
The ideal applicant will have:
Either:
• A successful placement(s) teaching (applicants currently in training).
or:
• Successful record of teaching including very good exam results (applicants who already have gained QTS)
• A detailed knowledge of current developments in education including the use of the Pupil Premium
• The ability to put vision into practice.
