Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organised person to assist with the smooth running of our procurement and administrative processes. This is a varied and hands-on role that offers the opportunity to contribute to multiple areas of the business.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us, to provide consistently high standards of administrative and organisational support to the Procurement Manager, and wider Accounts team. You’ll be joining a dynamic and supportive team, where a great attitude is everything!
Key Responsibilites:
• Obtain quotes and place orders, based on requisition requests.
• Co-ordinate new supplier set up.
• Be the main point of contact for supplier evaluation.
• Input data, records and updates to the company integrated management system (IMS) as required, suggesting improvements where necessary.
• Act as main point of contact for, and administer all travel bookings and amendments – national & international.
• Provide day to day administrative support the wider accounts and finance team.
