Who are we?
We are Birchwood Motor Company, Mot, Servicing & repair business based in Somercotes Alfreton
Who are you?
You will have the following qualifications, experience and skills
Qualified to NVQ level 2, NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance & Repair.
Ideally a valid MOT Testing Certificate
You will be fully competent in the servicing and repair of vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards
You will be customer-focused and possess strong customer service skills
You will be a good team player and communicator to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of work through the workshop, ensuring you liaise with other team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.
What are the job details?
The hours- For the right candidate we are happy to discuss hours, however, the ideal candidate will be looking for full-time hours (40)
The rate of pay – Will be dependent on experience however anywhere around the region of £22k £30k. If you think you are worth more, come see us and prove it, we are happy to negotiate.
Would be nice if you had-
Knowledge of the electrical and electronic components of a vehicle and be comfortable with using the latest diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults. This isn’t mandatory!
