Summary
Being part of the administration team, you will asked to: Be responsible for QOF Create and run searches Code clinical letters to ensure diagnoses and investigations are reflected accurately on a patient's medical record Sending relevant documents to doctors which require their review (change in patient's medication, hospital results, etc) Review new patients medical paper notes Deduct patients who have left the practice and send their medical notes
