Equans is looking for a Janitor to join our team in London School of Economics, Glengall Road, Southwark, SE15 6NF on a permanent basis working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,887.22 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

Saturday/Sunday 12-8pm

What will you deliver?

Main Purpose of Job To be undertake housekeeping/janitorial duties, ensuring all contracted areas of the building are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

To ensure that all furniture, fixtures, fittings and areas are free of dust, ingrained dirt, streaks, marks, smears or heavy build up. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Vacuuming, sweeping, polishing, scrubbing and/or mopping floor surfaces
* Cleaning the bathrooms and toilets, including mirrors
* Dusting and cleaning equipment and flat surfaces
* Cleaning interior windows where directed
* High Level cleaning.
Ensuring all rooms are odour free

For this role you must undergo a DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

* Previous Experience as a Cleaner
* An outgoing personality with strong customer service focus.
* Proven experience of delivering a high quality service with an eye for detail, and the ability to communicate those expectations to the rest of the team to achieve the same high standards.
