Summary
Family Liaison Officer – Maternity Cover
Porth Community School are seeking to appoint a Family Liaison Officer to cover a maternity leave.

Our team of staff pride themselves on the strong working relationships they develop with our pupils and their families. The Family Liaison Officer role involves working with pupils and parent/carers on issues regarding all aspects of pupil behaviour, pastoral welfare and safeguarding. They also work with our Attendance and Admin Officers to address attendance and punctuality issues.
We believe in the power of continual professional learning and demonstrate our commitment by investing our resources in a high-quality PL programme for every member of staff. We value the contributions of every member of our team and ensure our culture of challenge and support gives everyone the opportunity to feel successful in their role.
