Shift Pattern
We understand the importance of balance, and our structured rota ensures you have time off to recharge:
* Week 1: Monday & Tuesday (Days) + Wednesday to Friday (Nights).
* Week 2: Wednesday to Friday (Days).
* Week 3: Monday & Tuesday (Nights).
This rotating schedule offers variety while providing stability and consistency in your working hours.

The Role
As an FLT Counterbalance Driver in our food warehouse, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Operating the FLT Counterbalance truck safely and efficiently.
* Moving and organising stock within the warehouse.
* Loading and unloading vehicles.
* Following health and safety protocols in a food warehouse environment.

What We're Looking For
* Experience: Proven track record as an FLT Counterbalance Driver.
* Licence: A valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence is essential.
