Summary
9. Advise and support managers undertaking investigations for grievance, disciplinary, bullying and harassment and performance management cases. 10. Support managers in dealing with absence management, liaising with Occupational Health and payroll to ensure appropriate advice is provided. 11. Ensure that advice complies with legislation, ACAS guidance, policy and procedures and enables effective people management. 12. Assess options and advise and support managers in the preparation of documentation for disciplinary, grievance, performance management, capability and attendance meetings. 13. Attend informal and formal meetings / hearings as necessary, and advise on management reports and correspondence in accordance with our procedures. 14. Ensure that appropriate information is captured and maintained in the ER tracker to enable accurate monitoring and reporting. 15. Help build effective relationships with local trade union / staff side representatives.
