Summary
The post holder will support the delivery of core and specialist urology services depending on their expertise. You will partake in a 1 in 7 consultant-of-the-week rota on the Watford site only. This is a 10-11 PA job plan with the opportunity to take on leadership roles within the trust. Mentoring maybe available depending on the successful candidate's experience. You are expected to support our clinical governance and partake in our fortnightly departmental teaching programme. The supervision and education of training registrars is very important to the department.
