Reports to: Head of Therapy Hub
Our mission is clear: to deliver the highest quality education and therapeutic support to children and young people with complex additional needs-both in special and mainstream settings. We believe that therapy and education are not separate entities, but equal partners in helping every learner thrive.
We are excited to be growing our integrated Therapies Hub, and we're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our expanding multi-disciplinary team. This is a rare chance to help shape an innovative service from the ground up-one that puts children at the centre and supports both pupils and staff to succeed.
As part of our team of expert therapists, you'll collaborate closely with educators who specialise in supporting learners with autism, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs), and learning difficulties. Together, you'll co-design strategies that remove barriers, embed therapy into the curriculum, and create an optimum learning environment across our Trust.
